Process sterile liquids such as solvents, concentrates, and water with this modular filter system. Add and remove stages based upon desired effluent quality and dirt loading. Cartridge housings are made of 304 SS and include a tripod support. Housings have 304 SS Tri-Clamp connections and a condensate drain valve. Gasket material is EPDM. Prefilter Cartridges Highly durable and regenerable for lower operating costs. This design includes a regenerable stainless steel mesh for excellent durability and chemical neutrality with most liquids. Welded contact points on the mesh guarantee a constant pore diameter. The rigid design works well with high-viscosity fluids where higher differential pressures are required. Regeneration can be done by ultrasonic bath or backflushing. Particle Filter Cartridges Economical filter for a broad range of applications. This pleated, all-polypropylene filter is excellent for food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or paint/dye applications. Manufactured in accordance with cGMP requirements and rinsed with 18 MOhm water for low extractables. Polyethersulfone (PES) construction makes the filter permanently hydrophilic, eliminating the need for additives, surface agents, or post-treatments. PES is also a highly porous asymmetric membrane that offers higher flow rate and extended service life. It is also resistant to oxidizing agents and highly passive to protein absorption, which increases product yield.
